This Revision Application has been preferred by the petitioner husband being aggrieved with the order dated 01.03.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur in Maintenance Case No. 07/2021 whereby and whereunder the Family Court allowed the application of the O.P. No. 2 wife for grant of interim maintenance and directed the petitioner to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs. 4,000/- to his wife and Rs. 2,000/- to his minor daughter.
3. Undisputedly, O.P. No.2 is a legally wedded wife of the petitioner and she is residing separately with her minor daughter.

4. Perusal of the impugned order clearly shows that as of now petitioner performs his second marriage and out of his second marriage one daughter has also born. Thus, there is sufficient cause available to the O.P. No.2 wife to live separately with her husband.
5. With regard to the quantum of interim maintenance is concerned. On the admission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a laborer and the amount of Rs. 6,000/- monthly maintenance is ordered by the Family Court which also appears to be just and proper.
6. I do not find any merit in this Revision Application.
7. Accordingly, this Revision Application is dismissed.
