JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 18.03.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.452 of 2013 by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 448, 354, 341, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1502 of 2017 (3) dt.19-03-2018 2/2 framing of charge.
Leave is granted.
