The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 55 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 379, 504/506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a seventy years old lady and she is the landlady of the informant and it is submitted that due to landlord and tenant dispute, this false case has been filed. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a seventy years old lady and there is no chance of her absconding, the

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 55 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
