Petitioner has approached this Court in CWJC No.2847 of 2010 and the same was disposed of vide order dated 19th February 2010 with a direction to the petitioner to file representation and, in turn, direction was given to the authority to consider his grievance and pay the admitted dues along with statutory interest.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that though certain payment has been made but not to his satisfaction.

Counsel for the University submits that as per the order, only

Patna High Court MJC No.977 of 2015 dt.29-04-2015 2/2 direction to pay the admitted dues. The University has paid the admitted dues and the petitioner is not entitled to more than whatever has been paid. In such a situation, this court cannot proceed with the matter. Accordingly, this proceeding is dropped. However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved, he will have the liberty to raise his grievance before the authority concerned.
