In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that after the marriage the family members were not treated the victim in a proper manner, inasmuch as, allegation has been made against present petitioner to have forcibly established the illegal relationship with the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the investigation, the Police has found that the allegation

The petitioner is father-in-law of the victim, such a relation is smeared by the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
