The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 448 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, Chhotu Yadav had fired six rounds at the victim out of which three bullets hit him. The allegation against the petitioner is that she alongwith other coaccused persons were also present at the door step of the house of the victim at the time of incident.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and main allegation is against the co-accused, namely, Chhotu Yadav. Further, he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30292 of 2023(2) dt.12-06-2023 2/2 submits that the petitioner is a woman having no criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.02.2023. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Naugachia in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023.
