In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017, G.R. No. 2688 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 564/34 of the Indian Penal Code, later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
