"For a direction upon the respondents to covert their posts from Statistical Enumerator (Computer)[Pay-Scale of Rs. 1200-1800/- unrevised - Rs. 40006000/ revised] to Statistical Assistant (Rs. 1600 - 2780/- unrevised / Rs. 5000 - 8000/- revised) from their date of initial appointment, alike the similarly situated persons notified on 19.4.2011 passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2638 of 2012(5) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 Director Agriculture, Patna, who were appointed along with the petitioners and as the ass of the petitioners also duly recommended by Agriculture Department on 22.7.2011, but wrongly rejected by the Finance Department on 16.8.2011, which facts the petitioner came to know through a supplementary counter affidavit dated 17.8.2011, filed by the Agriculture Department, in the case of one Rajesh Nandan Kumar of CWJC No. 7561 of 2002, followed by the relevant file notes of November, 2011 of Agriculture Department and Finance Department."

It is not in dispute that, so far as the present petition is concerned, the grievances stand redressed vide order dated 26.11.2019 passed by Krishi Nideshak, Bihar, Patna. The copy of the order is taken on record.

The present petition is disposed of, the same having become infructuous.
