The petitioner raises a grievance against a selection process held in the year 2011, inter alia, on grounds that he did not receive call letter for attending the medical examination.

Although Mr. Anant Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has relied upon a communication dated 3.11.2015 to explain the delay and to submit that even though the petitioner never participated in the medical test yet he has been declared unfit but in my opinion raising of an issue of non-selection after lapse of 4 years of the selection, the petitioner is not entitled to any indulgence. The blame is entirely of the petitioner for not approaching the Court in time. The writ petition is disposed of.
