2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 368, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Bablu Kumar, alleged that on 14.02.2021 at about 8:30 PM, wife of brother of informant went to attend call of nature but did not return. On search, informant came to know that this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., abducted her. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that this petitioner, along with other accused person, kidnapped her and thereafter, established physical relations with her.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
