2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 787 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 387, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned ACJM-IV, Patna City.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30223 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
