The petitioner is in custody in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No.25 of 2019 for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the allegations levelled against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same on day-to-day basis within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
