The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

The police recovered country-made liquor from the house of co-accused Lagan Sahni. Allegation is that the petitioner was found fleeing from there when the police came. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and material on record, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
