The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S.Case No.126 of 2017 registered under Sections 366, 366A and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, in which she has not whispered a word against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
