JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019 for offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Petitioners are in custody since 120.03.2020. Considering the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Prayer for bail is rejected for the present.
