1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate write order orders or quashing the following :- (i) Order date 07.01.2020 para-5 in Misc/Aganwari Case No. 82/19-20 by D.P.O. Banka rejected the prayer of the petitioner for cancelling

Patna High Court CWJC No.12399 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 the selection of Nitu Devi as a Aganwari Sewika of the Aganwari Centre No. 197.

B. Writ in the nature of mandamus any other appropriate write order/orders direction commanding the respondent for the following :- (i) To hold that the selection of Nitu Devi as an Aganwari Sewika Centre No. 197 is illegal & without jurisdiction.

(ii) To hold the order dated 07.01.2020 passed in Misc./ Aganwari Case No. 82/19-20 by D.P.O. Banka is contrary to the material on the received & not sustainable in the eye of the record. (iii) To appoint the petitioner as a Aganwari Sewika in Aganwari Centre No. 197 forthwith."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
