By way of present modification application, order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49525 of 2022 is sought to be modified to the extent that Bakhri P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 be read as "Bakhri P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022" as is stated to be, inadvertently, typed in the memo of bail application and, accordingly, same has been recorded in the order under modification.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main bail petition and, consequently, the order under modification is modified to the aforesaid extent only. Accordingly, Bakhri P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32853 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Case No. 132 of 2020 be read as "Bakhri P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022" in the order dated 29.03.2023.

The modification application stands allowed.
