JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2024 Though the present writ petition was filed for commanding the Respondents to remove the encroachment in question, however, the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that the encroachment existing in the Harmandir Lane, Mohalla-Kali Sthan, Patna City, has been removed and drain has been constructed.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that still some encroachment exists in the aforesaid Harmandir

Patna High Court CWJC No.2729 of 2014(4) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 Lane, hence, the petitioners be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Patna, for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
