1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.12.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.604 of 2022, the Vice Chancellor, Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur, has taken a decision to reject the claim of the petitioner as not maintainable, which is apparent from the order contained in Memo dated 08.07.2023, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 14.12.2022 has stood complied with, nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty

Patna High Court MJC No.1293 of 2023(3) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 on behalf of the petitioner to take recourse to the due process of law.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 14.12.2022 has stood complied with, hence the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
