The petitioner retired from the service from the Land Development Bank, Patna on 31.01.2007 and he has claimed for salary from the month of September, 2006 to January, 2007. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a representation before the Respondent No.3, Managing Director, Bihar State Coopertive Land Development Bank, Patna as annexed as Annexure-3.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12691 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to file a fresh representation for any dues, which will be disposed of by Respondent No. 3, the Managing Director, Bihar State Coopertive Land Development Bank, Patna within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation and all admissible dues would be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter with admissible interest.
