Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Submission is that in the past thrice prayer for bail was refused on merit, however, liberty was allowed by order dated 09.11.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No.72958 of 2019 to renew the prayer after framing of the charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have already been framed and in a meantime some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39265 of 2021(2) dt.11-08-2021 2/2 06.06.2018. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Azam Nagar Police Station Case No.137 of 2018 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
