1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned Senior counsel Shree Namrata Mishra for the respondent-Bank.
2. During the course of arguments, it is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that a certificate case is pending before the Additional District Magistrate-cum-Certificate Officer and he has filed his objections under Section 9 before the said authority. It is further
Patna High Court CWJC No.13265 of 2019(4) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 submitted that no final order under Section 10 has been passed. If at all, the Certificate Officer has not passed any order under Section 10, the Certificate Officer is directed to provide an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass an order in accordance with law, on merits, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at all, any order has been passed by the Certificate Officer, liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appropriate authority.
3. Without going into merits of the case and with the aforesaid observation, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
