The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 454 of 2021 registered under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present case was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for settlement of the dispute between the parties. Further he submits that it is evident from the report of the Mediator dated 02.03.2023 at Flag-M, the dispute between

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31047 of 2022(4) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 has been resolved. Petitioner and opposite party no.2/his wife are leading their conjugal life peacefully.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the report of the Mediator, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S.
