JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court by order dated 29-03-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14524 of 2017.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is renewing the prayer for anticipatory bail because subsequently, one of the accused Kapil Sharma, advocate has been granted anticipatory bail. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he has identified the deponent who was found to be fake person at the time of swearing affidavit. The enquiry was conducted by the Registrar General.
Therefore, this court does not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56372 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 404 of 2015 is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of order and seek regular bail which will be considered by the court below and disposed off in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
