2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., total 150 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from a seized motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized motorcycle and has been made accused only on suspicion.

5. However, learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.
