2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Madhubani Complaint Case No. 992 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because she happens to be the mother-in-law of the informant's daughter. In any event this is the first such complaint against the petitioner since her son was married to the informant's daughter in the year 2004. No specific accusation of assault has been made against the petitioner who is a lady of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29316 of 2019(5) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 about 69 years of age claiming clean antecedents.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 03.05.2019 pending in the Court of SDJM, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Complaint Case No. 992 of 2014 is hereby confirmed.
