JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 Earlier the application for grant of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 4.7.2018 with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial within a period of six months. However, more than 11 months have elapsed but the trial has not been concluded.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Addl. Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013 arising out of Raxaul (Rail) P.S.
