Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Didarganj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.02.2021. Vide order dated 11.08.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that cognizance has already been taken and case has been committed on 23.08.2021.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39608 of 2021(3) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
