The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20684 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura and the petitioner was directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that inadvertently, in the cause title of main petition the name of village and police station of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28766 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/3 "Village-Jakhor, P.S. Roah" in place of "Village-Koniapar, Police Station-Kadirganj (Nawada Town)" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 04-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20684 of 2019. So the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below well within the time. It is further prayed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that further time may be extended so that the petitioners could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the name of Village and Police Station mentioned in the cause title of the order dated 04-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20684 of 2019 be read as "VillageKoniapar, Police Station-Kadirganj (Nawada Town)" in place of "Village-Jakhor, P.S. Roah" and the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 04-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20684 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28766 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 3/3 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
