Division Bench of this Court has passed the order that petitioner should be given a proper opportunity with regard to certificate showing to be forged whereupon the authority has sought information from Nurses Council and Nurses Council after due enquiry submitted its report vide letter dated 25.7.2013 showing the certificate of the petitioner to be forged and it also recorded that the original certificate and the marks sheet has been kept in the Nurses Council. Thereafter they have sent notice to show-cause about the report of the

Patna High Court MJC No.126 of 2013 (9) dt.01-09-2015 Nurses Council showing her certificate to be forged. When it was not replied again a notice was sent to her to give reply to the show-cause but she went on leave and did not give any reply. Copy of the show-cause has been served upon counsel for the petitioner on 23.6.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the fact with regard to documents annexed with the show cause and challenge the report of the Nurses Council.

In view of the report submitted by the Nurses Council this Court is not inclined to initiate contempt proceeding against the contemners. If the petitioner, so advised, she may challenge the report of the Nurses Council as well as termination order served upon her.

Accordingly this application is dismissed.
