JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) Respondents concerned be directed to pay appropriate compensation at new rate as provided under the Land Acquisition Act as well as right to fair compensation and transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (hereinafter to be referred as the Act). (ii) Respondents concerned be directed to provide due provision for rehabilitation and resettlement of the petitioners and cost of entire infrastructure made

(iii) Respondents be further directed to provide job/employment to one member of the family of each petitioners, who have lost their house and occupation besides the source of livelihood on account of acquisition of their house."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to seek redressal of their grievances in accordance with the provisions contained in the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Re-settlement Act, 2013. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
