The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.112 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The motorcycle in question belongs to one Md. Tausif Alam which has been recovered from the road with 8.25 liters of liquor. Considering the aforesaid facts, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on
