Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already complied the impugned order of transfer, this writ application has become infructuous.

The rest of the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Principal Secretary of the Agriculture Department can only have this much of observation from this Court that if such a representation is still pending, the Departmental Secretary may take an appropriate decision as is permissible in law.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
