The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2271/2020 and for extension of time to correct the petitioner's parentage and age.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of correction of petitioner's parentage and age is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Naya Gaon P.S. Case No. 175/2019 to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Saran.

The order dated 27.02.2020 is modified to the extent
