The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Manoj Kumar, Advocate For the Respondent/s : A.C. to G.P. 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners stating that due to typographical mistake and oversight on the part of the counsel for the petitioners, name of petitioner no.3 had been typed as Ram Sharan Singh in place of Ram Janam Singh. It is also stated that it would be clear from paragraph no.7 of the concerned writ application that the name of petitioner no.3 is Ram Janam Singh.

Learned counsel appearing for the State also points out that in the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.4 it has been categorically stated in paragraph no.5 thereof that there is no Ram Sharan Singh son of Ram Lakhan Singh in village Matasi P.S. Halsi District Lakhisarai rather Ram Janam Singh is the son of Ram Lakhan Singh of village Matasi P.S. Halsi District Lakhisarai who at present is a Home Guard.

Patna High Court MJC No.4867 of 2013 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2 / 2 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the order concerned be deemed to be passed along with other petitioners with respect to Ram Janam Singh i.e., the petitioner no.3 in place of Ram Sharan Singh.

Accordingly, this application stands allowed. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Sanjay-II/- U
