2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 20.06.2020 passed in B.P. No. 1218 of 2020, arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2020 by the learned 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur (Ara).

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
