2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 424, 115, 120(B), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution based on the complaint petitioner is that the accused persons got executed the sale deed from mother of the complainant on 12.06.2023. It is further stated that on 27.07.2023, they also ousted the complainant from the house. It is further alleged that Ratiya Devi has got executed the sale deed with respect to the land of complainant's father whereas she is not her agnate. It is further alleged that the mother of the complainant died due to this stress.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case learned trial court has taken cognizance under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC. It has also been submitted that certain co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 9046 of 2025. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 15.02.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rampur Hari P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Muzaffarpur.
