Having regard to the fact that an order dated 11.5.2015 has been passed by the Principal Secretary of Agriculture Department disposing of the claim of the petitioner as per the direction given in the order of this Court dated 30.7.2010 in C.W.J.C.No. 14414/2005, this Court is now no longer required to proceed in its contempt jurisdiction, inasmuch as if the petitioner is aggrieved by
Patna High Court MJC No.54 of 2014 (3) dt.22-05-2015 such order, he still will have a remedy before the appropriate forum/court.
That being so, this application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
