2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for direction to the concerned authorities particularly the respondent no. 4 to redetermine the compensation as per Section 7 of the National Highway Act, 1956 by quashing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21800 of 2014(6) dt.20-01-2026 2/2 award under Sec. 3(G) of the Act as there is violation of sub sec. 3 and 4 of sec. 3(G) of the N.H. Act, 1956."

3. Mr. Verma, after some arguments, submits that the petitioners shall be taking steps for agitating the matter under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
