2. 15.09.2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is to direct the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 05.08.2020 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Bhagalpur.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State Shri Alok Ranjan, AC to AAG-5 has got no objection.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to dispose off the pending appeal of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, if the same has not already been disposed off.
