2. Without going into the merits or demerits of this case the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed a complaint before the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 2) vide Annexure P/6 the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Divisional Commissioner, i.e., Respondent No. 2 to pass necessary orders on the said complaint. The authority before passing any order

Patna High Court CWJC No.8423 of 2025(3) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 shall put the petitioner as well as Respondent No. 8 on notice and give them an opportunity of hearing for filing objections, if any.

4. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
