The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that Sudha Kumari has obtained the employment by wrong certificate as there was error in the serial number mentioned by the Bihar School Examination Board vis-à-vis the number mentioned in the certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was a Panchayat Secretary and he has nothing to do with the certificate filed by Sudha Kumari. Sudha Kumari has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28239

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Indra Deo @ Indra Dev Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, District - Arwal in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.31 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
