The contempt application has been filed claiming disobedience of the order dated 23.07.2013 passed in L.P.A. No.1880 of 2010, by which a direction was issued to the authorities of the State to appointment the petitioner on compassionate ground.
In the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 2 and 3, the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Planning and Development and the Director, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Bihar, Patna, it is stated that by order dated 15.5.2015 of the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Bihar, the petitioner has been appointed on a Class-III post on compassionate ground. The said order has been annexed as Annexure-B to the supplementary show cause.
Patna High Court MJC No.5497 of 2013 (3) dt.23-06-2015 In the aforesaid circumstances, the order under contempt having been complied with, although belatedly, the contempt application is dismissed.
