The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 452, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the informant is the agent of the LIC. The petitioners have entered into the house and assaulted the informant, the another side of story is that the petitioners have purchased LIC and has also deposited the money. On maturity when the time has come for the payment he has filled up the form with wrong information as well as given the name of the another person.

No.36639 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2 /2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Bajrangi Yadav @ Bajrangi Kumar Yadav, Akshaylal Yadav @ Akshay Kumar Yadav, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IVth, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.20 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
