The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s) :- "2.(i) For commanding the respondents particularly Respondent Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna to issue interview letter to the petitioners for appointment on the post of Senior Scientific Officer, Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna.

(ii) For restraining the Respondents from holding interview test which is scheduled to be held on 27.03.2012 till the disposal of the instant writ application.

(iii) For holding that the petitioners are eligible and most suitable candidates for being considered for appointment on the post of Senior Scientific Officer, Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna.

(iv) For holding that the impugned non- issuance of the Interview Letter to the petitioners for appointment on the post of Senior Scientific Officer, Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna, is illegal, arbitrary and without any lawful justification.

(v) For any other appropriate relief/reliefs as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."
