In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. shows that she was forcibly taken away by one Ajay and the present petitioner, kept her in Kesharia, from there, she was brought to Khajuria and, thereafter, she was taken to Motihari and they kept her in a closed room.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36892 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
