Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 65 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
