JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-03-2016 The grievance in the present writ application is regarding mental and physical harassment of the petitioner at the hands of her tenant with the connivance of the local police. In my view the dispute with the landlord and tenant cannot be given a colour of any criminal offence. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the tenant, she may seek eviction of the tenant in accordance with law. No further order need be passed. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Hemant Gupta, J) Amin/- U
