JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.06.2022 passed by learned J.M. 1st Class, Purnea in connection with C.A. Case No. 4224 of 2014 by which the learned Magistrate rejected the petition of the petitioner. Heard the parties.

When the trial was almost complete, the petitioner filed an application for examination of cheque from a handwriting expert. It seems that the petitioner wants to delay the trial. Once the trial is at the fag end, this kind of delaying tactics shall be discouraged.

The impugned orders passed both the courts below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33396 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 have taken all the relevant factors and thereafter the application of the petitioner has been dismissed.

From perusing the materials available on record, I see no merit in this application.

Accordingly, This application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within 2 months after receipt of a copy of this order by holding the trial on day to day basis.
