This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to make payment of regular pay sale to the petitioner with effect from the date of joining i.e. 24.05.2007 on the post of Assistant Teacher at Government Middle School Bhatpura Simri, Bakhtiyarpur, District- Saharsa as other similarly situated Assistant Teachers were granted regular pay scale since the initial date of their joining and further to pay arrear of differences of salary to the petitioner on the basis of regular pay scale since 24.05.2007.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Saharsa (Respondent No. 4) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Saharsa (Respondent No. 4) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the District Education Officer, Saharsa (Respondent No. 4) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
